是啊，做实验也不好找啊，我同学好多都转行了 学生物信息的可以做软件和算法开发，不过在欧洲好象没有什么机会。MS在USA有一些制药公司或软件公司在生物信息方面有招PhD。

呵呵cherrycheese我们的方向应该比较相关 Now I have a position opening for master thesis/internshipin structural bioinformatics. The project is to predict the complex structure of protein-protein interaction using the prediction of interface region. This project can be a master thesis for 6 month or intership for 3-6 month.
Requirement:
Familiar with protein structure, programming experience in C++ and script language(python or perl)
Location: Heidelberg

Totally same.
Most of the bioinformatics analysis are based on genome sequence.
I used to analyze the genome of human genome(molecular evolution), and I will work on MT genome, from sequencing to analysis.

All you quit, I stay, perfect! 千万不要读生物，没什么前途。虽然从招生的分数看算是热门，但是每年生物系毕业的能找到工作的很少，几乎没有哪个公司招聘是要生物专业的。 生物系的大部分都后悔了， 毕业之后要么出国（因为生物专业在国内实在没地方去），要么转行， 出国的也有很多转行的。曾经见到过一个公司招聘，写的是专业不限， 但是后面有个括号，“（生物类除外）”， 可见生物专业学生的前景有多惨淡。现在欧美学生物的中国博士和博士后不知道有多少,看起来似乎风光无限,可以到最后呢?无论留在国外或者回国内找位置都是难上加难。
