江泽民学术专著《中国能源问题研究》出版
2008年10月19日 23:03 来源：人民网发表评论江泽民同志的学术专著《中国能源问题研究》和译著《机械制造厂电能的合理使用》日前由上海交通大学出版社出版。今天下午，"江泽民同志学术专著译著新书首发式暨出版座谈会"在上海交通大学徐汇校区举行。
《中国能源问题研究》一书收录了江泽民同志关于能源问题的两篇学术论文和一篇首次公开发表的讲话。全书阐明了能源问题的重要性，分析了世界能源基本状况和发展趋势，探讨了我国能源发展面临的机遇和挑战，提出相应的能源政策设想，重点论述了走中国特色新型能源发展道路的战略思路，对推动我国能源生产与消费的持续、健康发展具有深远意义。
《机械制造厂电能的合理使用》的作者特莱霍夫博士是江泽民同志1955-1956年在苏联斯大林汽车制造厂实习时的导师。江泽民同志在长春一汽工作时利用业余时间翻译了此书，1989年译著正式出版。译著的主要内容是对20世纪50年代前苏联汽车制造厂节能工作的总结，其中体现出的节能思路与方法，讲实效和重数据的精神，对当前的节能减排工作仍具有十分重要的参考价值。今年4月，江泽民同志为译著再版撰写了《再版序言》。(记者 曹玲娟) 节选如下
