Yea, that′s why i watch only American Series, such as Heroes, Prison Break, the Amazing Race, Survivor Gabon, Desperate Housewives, LOST... And, keep chatting with english native speakers do help ...
This is actually good way to improve english. If I keep watching 2 hours of those Amrican series for a few day, even the self talk will be in english. But I always could not help to see the chinese lyrices below.$汗$
To keep both languages in a same level is quite a hard thing, reading and listening might be a direct way to make it happen. But sometimes if you talks to some native speakers, they will feel your english with german accent. Americans movies and series are a good idea to make your engish improve or at least keep it

I am also refreshing my english. My problem is the pronunciation. When i see a german word, i speak it as a english word. In contrast , i pronunce a english word as a german word{:5_355:} really don not know what i can do......{:5_354:}

我现在一周4天学德语，3天学英语。
除了看看新闻，还有论坛里的外语区，基本不上中文网站了。。
