因为明年我的项目可能也要增加了。 老板如果要和我更改项目，我也想谈这个事情。 不过目标没有你这么远大了，能作teamleader 我就满足了

人家指得应该是国内高校吧。

It is very hard to get W3 or W4 Professorship here in Germany, even for native German scientists. For the excellent non-German Scientists working in Germany, the first step is to have a small group and have some funding for startup. And the title is something like "group leader". For example, in EMBL or Max Planck institutes, there are many young group leaders. They are doing well in scientific research and they are not "Professor". My current supervisor published over 100 high-quality papers and is famous in her field but she is still not a "Professor". Normally, in the university the title should be "Professor" but in the research institutes, the title should be something like "group leader"or "PI".

对头, 主要是德国的教授位置数目比较恒定, 没人退休腾地方, 即使你有当教授的资格也没办法.
德国很多年轻PI都很强的,竞争很激烈, 可惜很多人一旦拿到教授职位后, 就没那么多产了.

国内的大学 当老师很难现在
不过最基本的硬件就是要博士文凭吧
还有关系啥的 这个就不用说了
作为女生 路长着呢
要想当大学老师 就要有很高的学术水平
起码要多跑几个学校 几个国家
这样不稳定的因素 你怎么找男朋友
谁会要你
反正我个人遇见这样的麻烦很多
不举例了
而且现在国内的某些大学 领导也不是什么吃素的人
性别歧视啥的不用讲了 大家都明白

德国没有副教授，PUNKT。
德国大学里的论资排辈并不比中国差，德意志这个民族本来也是很尊老的。
外国人在德国大学想升迁还会遇到语言问题，再好也比德国人差一点，就跟老外永远不会掌握汉赋唐诗宋词元曲
一样。
