大家好，想在这里向各位询问一件事情：国内的朋友想托我买几件东西在德国，稍作加工后寄往国内，货款和劳务费会提前汇到我的帐户内。请问如果我就这样寄给他(个人对个人的形式)算不算走私和偷税漏税？

If the Warenwert is under EUR 1000 and you export not more than 3 times a year, it is ok. (For Germany)#

For Chinese,some product you need to have import permit, you have to check with your forwarder/Kurier.
