最近看文献，提到单模标本研究（haplotype study），觉得不好理解，谁给解释解释？
这个又翻译为“单体型”，现在国际上正在搞“人类单体型计划”，北京基因组研究所也加入其中了。我的理解是，人类的基因组上有很多SNP，。这种SNP再基因组上分布很广泛，我们知道每个SNP有2种可能，那么3个或者4个连续的SNP区域，可以有2的三次方种可能，这种可能就叫单体型。由于地域和民族的不同，可能，这种单体型就不同，因此“HAPMAP”计划，应该是找出这些不同点，为以后的药物设计啊，疾病治疗啊提供数据和资料。 Haplotype is short form of haploid genotype, it means a set of alleles of closely linked loci on a chromosome that tend to be inherited together; commonly used in reference to the linked genes of the major histocompatibility complex. haplotype can be identified by patterns of SNPs, so it can also mean a set of SNPs on a single chromatid if they are statistically associated. in chinese, we call it 单倍体型。 orionsnow 自己还是找到标准答案了。
