请教工作两年后读博的Tarif问题

不知道有没有前辈了解工作过再读博的情况呢？
一般也是从13－1算起么？还是Tarif会高些？多谢

我是大学直接毕业读博的,但是是从E13 Stufe2开始的.

no. it is also determined by the time you have worked.
For example the first year is stufe 1, the second and third year is stufe 2. and so on
