请教网购信用卡问题
在一个网站买化妆品，我用的是信用卡，之后收到那个网站的来信说：Thank you for your recent order. We have had to perform a random security check on the card details used. In order to ensure you are the genuine card holder, please can you confirm the following?
Your Full Name
Your Full Billing Address
Your Home Telephone Number (this must be a land line)
Your Card Issuing Bank e.g. UK Maestro - HSBC Bank Plc, United Kingdom
The Last Four Digits of Your Payment Card Number
说如果不告诉这些信息，就不会发货。
请问有人遇到过这种情况吗？是正常的吗？还是圈套or陷阱？
