Question about Visa 无捆绑的工作签证

I have seen some discussion about 无捆绑的工作签证.
I am a postdoc in Uni and my Visa is 18 Abs. 4 Satz 1 AufenthG i. V. m. 5(2) BeschV.
But it also says that "Der Aufenthaltstitel erlischt mit Beendigung oder Aufgabe der Beschaeftigung".
So I don't know which type of Visa that I have??

PS. Does anyone know what is the main advantage of无捆绑的工作签证??
