读博工作签证我所知道的
本帖最后由 gonk 于 2009-8-5 12:52 编辑看到好多人问，我就写一下Landratsamt München这边的情况吧(注:住在慕尼黑市外的在这个地方申请，住在市区的到Poccistr就可以了。具体参见"地板"楼的经验和"月球"楼的地址和电话)。

办公时间周一到周五 8:00-12:00， 周四额外加14:00-17:30。这是我以前去的时候的情况，也许有改动。
想省事的话是这样的：先打电话询问需要什么材料，然后预约哪天几点，带着材料直接敲门的，这样省得去两趟还要排号等半天。当时需要带的材料如下
1. Antrag auf Verlängerung einer Aufenthaltserlaubnis / Erteilung einer Aufenthaltserlaubnis
2. Pass
3. 1 Foto
4. Krankenversicherung
5. Aufenthaltszweck 这个表填好后需要雇主签字
6. Arbeitgeberbestätigung
7. Meldebescheinigung
不同城市需要的材料也许不同，最保险的是网上搜到电话打过去问顺便预约时间。交完材料会给两三个月的临时签证，到一定时间会给你打电话说去延签就能拿到更长的签证。说清楚了吧？
学生签证的情况就不知道了。 还有，我学生的时候签证是在poccistr签的，工作签证是landratsamt。至于为什么我也不知道啊。。。希望对大家有点用处。 mark

谢谢你的跟贴。各个地方签证要求不一样，所以我说大家签证前最好打电话问问。
我以前在汉堡签过一年，当时那个地方也不要这个Aufenthaltszweck。你15分钟拿到非几个月的签证，很快啊。我在汉堡和慕尼黑各签过一次，每次都是先拿暂时几个月的，然后等批准劳动许可，最后打电话给我延签证。不过我比较折腾，先是慕尼黑毕业去了汉堡，所以中间材料需要转到另一个城市，然后又从汉堡折腾回慕尼黑。

看来你也比较折腾。呵呵 I think you could tell them they don't need to wait for working permit because you are doing a research work in universities.
