The lyrics is typical black English: double negative = negative (NOT positive). eg.. we don't need no education = we don't need education.

I've decided!
I would not say these sentences myself.
If someone says to me "I can't agree no more" or "I can't agree any more",
I will ask back "What do you mean? Do you agree or disagree?"
