SIXT租车，没有买LDW保险，发生车祸后的赔偿问题

车祸发生过程:我是在支路上准备右转弯至干道,被一辆速度较快的集装卡车撞上,变向撞到路边路灯柱,就基本上毁了!警察判定我全责!
我的保险只有TI,没有LDW和PAI,车是宝马118，估计可能按照报废处理，那样的话我可能要赔偿1万~1。5万欧给SIXT公司。我的问题是，我觉得当时SIXT的出租人员应该在把车租给我之前，提醒我一下购买保险，因为作为消费者我并不是很清楚其中的利害关系，从这点出发，是否能够把我的赔偿金额降低一点！万分感谢！

General Insurance Conditions
Third Party Insurance (TI)
Insurance coverage for the vehicle rented includes Third Party Liability with a maximum cover of EUR 50 Mill for personal injuries and material damages. Maximum cover for personal injuries is EUR 8 Mill per injured person and is limited to Europe only.

Excluded from the insurance is the use of the vehicle for the transport of dangerous goods. All insurance cover as part of the rental contract will become void, in particular, if an unauthorized driver has used the vehicle or if the driver of the vehicle does not possess the required driver's licence at the time of the event giving rise to claim.

Loss Damage Waiver (LDW)
Loss Damage Waiver removes the drivers responsibility to a part of the vehicle in case of damage or theft.

If LDW is not accepted the customer will be held liable for the full value of the car.
If LDW is accepted, customer is only responsible for the following amounts: EUR 750.- (MCMR to SDMR, CWMR, IWMR,SWMR, CXMR, IXMR, SXMR, CYMR, IYMR, SYMR) / EUR 950.- (FDMR to XDAR, IVML, IVMR, SVMR, FVMR, FWMR, PWMR, FYMR, FXMR, ETMR to XTAR, SSMR to XSAR, SFMR to XFAR)/ EUR 1.500.- (LTAN, LSAN).


Personal Accident Insurance (PAI)
By taking out personal accident insurance coverage can also be extended to cover the consequences of an accident.

By taking out PAI the limit of liability is:
EUR 20,500.- for invalidity,
EUR 12,800.- for decease,
EUR 500.- for medical costs.
If there are two or more passengers, the sum insured increases by 50%, where the injured person has a proportional entitlement.

德国只规定没有第三责任险的车不可以上路，但是你租的车是包括的。不过你没上全险，这个不是法律强制，而是自愿的，租车公司是完全没有责任的。至于你说，租车公司没有提醒你上全险，这个不是他们的义务，租车条款都很清楚的写着，没看清楚是你自己的责任

是英文的。楼主看来是刚从国内来——
只有强制保险才是必须的。
楼主既然有驾照，中国的各种驾驶保险应该很清楚。
国内比德国还不如，连第三者责任险都是不全包的，只有点交强险，往往都不够赔得。

只有全险才是全包。

作为一个考过理论考试，有实际开车经验的司机，完全不懂保险是难以理解的。

卡车司机可以要求你误工费，租车费，修车费，伤害费等等。
这点就是德国的第三者责任险帮你赔。
