人权委员会-目的，方法和组织
Adopted by the General Meeting, Stockholm, Sweden 24-26 July 1988 由大会通过会议，斯德哥尔摩，瑞典24-26 1988年7月
Objective 目的 Believing that every person has the right to hold and express their convictions, the IFSW resolves to work towards the observance of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights by 相信每一个人都有权持有和发表他们的信念，对社会工作者联合会决心努力实现世界人权宣言的遵守
working towards the release of those social workers imprisoned, detained or otherwise restricted by virtue of their beliefs, ethnic origin, sex, colour or language (provided they have not been involved in the use of violence) 努力实现这些社会工作者被监禁，拘留或以其他方式释放他们的信仰，种族，性别，肤色或语言而受限制（只要他们没有在涉及使用暴力） opposing torture or cruel and inhuman punishment of any social workers detained. 反对酷刑或残忍和社会工作者的任何不人道的惩罚拘留。

Means 手段 In order to achieve this objective, the General Meeting agrees to establish a Human Rights Commission 为了实现这个目标，大会同意建立一个人权委员会

Organisation 组织 The IFSW Human Rights Commission shall be composed of not less than five representatives (with the President and IFSW Representative to Amnesty International serving as ex-officio members of the Commission). 社会工作者联合会人权委员会的组成应不少于五年的代表（与总统和社会工作者联合会代表大赦国际的前担任的委员会委员）。
The Commission shall appoint its Secretary. 委员会应任命其秘书。 Members of the Commission (shall be appointed by the General Meeting) and shall serve for a two year period. 委员会成员（须由会议副秘书长）和任期应为两年内。 No member shall serve for more than eight consecutive years. 任何成员的任期应为超过连续8年。
Each Region of IFSW shall elect a representative to serve on the Commission. 每个社会工作者联合会区应选出一名代表担任委员会成员。
The business of the Commission shall be conducted by post. 委员会的企业应进行适当的职位。 In view of the urgency of the business, the Secretary shall be authorised to act on behalf of the Federation unless members indicate to the contrary within 30 days of the despatch of letters by the Secretary. 鉴于业务紧迫性，秘书应获授权在联邦名义行事的成员表示，除非由秘书在30天内寄发信函相反。

对的，我也问了我们家的医生，我阿姨是内科医生，我嫂子是妇科医生，她们都说，如果救了这个孩子，将来的痛苦是我们这些旁人无法想像的。当然，他们不是专科医生，可能研究不精，但是，我嫂子还说，如果她的小星星有这个病，她会选择让小星星安静的走了算了。
其实就是这样，每一位妈妈都想想看，当自己的娃有一点小病小痛，哪怕打个喷嚏，当妈的都会心揪起来，都会紧张，何况是看着娃一辈子都这么痛苦呢。
我真得不想说难听话，只是，如果这位所谓的“爱心妈妈”，“阿姨”，要亲眼看着自己的孩子遭受这种痛苦，她还能否义正辞严地说出这番话来。心理上不用为孩子的一生负责，她当然可以轻描淡写标榜自己。
