求助！工作证明和准假证明都要写吗？

正在为爸妈准备过来签证需要的材料。
刚在论坛帖子里搜了一圈，发现既有工作证明又有准假证明，请问这两个是得分开开吗，还是可以写到一个文件里？如果可以写到一起的话，抬头怎么写啊？
如果可以的话，大家能不能给我个对应的模版非常感谢！

应该就是一份单位请假证明就可以了吧，我前几天刚给我父母准备了一份
