我和老公正在填签证表
老公申请工作签证,我申请家庭团聚签证
但其中有几项不知道该怎么填,请大家指点,十分感谢

12. Authorization to return to (if entered in passport)
   Until

15. Proposed place of residence in the Federal Republic of Germany(address)
   是否填居住地点?这个是否先写公司提供的住处?

17. Do you intend to maintain your permanent residence outside the Federal Republic of Germany? If so, where?

21. Trade or profession for which trained
   我老公是不是填工作性质,我填什么呢?家庭主妇?

22. Are you already in possession of a permit issued by a German labour office?

27. Do you have helth insurance cover for the Federal Republic of Germany?
   老公是不是要提供公司的保险?我是不是还要在国内保险?

问题比较多,谢谢前辈们耐心看完,十分感谢

15 写公司提供的住处
17 是中国
18 familien zusammen fuehrung
22 no
27 是的，填上保险名称，按照签证申请须知上的填写。

21 你老公填写工作性质，你填写家庭团聚familien zusammen fuehrung。
