今天尝试作了猪肉干。味道和我们马来西亚的肉干很相似。总算可以一解对肉干的“思念“了。
材料:
猪绞肉一磅 (我准备了大概 450g)
鱼露 1 1/2 汤匙
绍兴酒 1 1/2 汤匙
酱油 1 1/2 汤匙
黑酱油 1 1/2 汤匙
糖半杯
1 混合全部材料, 同个方向搅拌至起胶质
2 烤盘铺上烤盘纸,放一团肉在上面 (我用了两个大烤盘)
3 用保鲜纸盖在肉团上,然后杆平。(我用汤匙把肉团压平)
4 烤箱预热300F, 烤8分钟, 翻面之后350F烤20分钟, 关火焖15分钟。
Ingredients:
1 lb. minced meat, with some fats
1 1/2 tbsp fish sauce
1 1/2 tbsp dark soy sauce
1 1/2 tbsp light soy sauce
1 1/2 tbsp cooking wine
1/2 cup sugar
Method:
1) Mix all the ingredients in a big bowl and stir in one direction until minced meat becomes gluey.
2) Put some gluey minced meat on cookies baking tray with a parchment paper. Cover with a big cling wrap and use a roller to roll the minced meat to 2mm thick. ( I use 2 big cookies baking tray)
3) Bake in preheated oven at 300F for 8 minutes. After that, increase the temperature to 350F, turn over the meat and bake for about 20 minutes. Put in the oven for 15 minutes before taking out. |
