每个单词和汉字我都认识，放在一起好像也知道在说啥。

但是很多地方不明白。 或者觉得奇怪。 创世纪居然有50 章，硬着头皮看了三章就看不下去了。

1:1 起初神创造天地。

And God said, Let the waters under the heaven be gathered together unto one place, and let the dry land appear: and it was so.

1:11 神说，地要发生青草，和结种子的菜蔬，并结果子的树木，各从其类，果子都包着核。事就这样成了。

And God said, Let the earth bring forth grass, the herb yielding seed, and the fruit tree yielding fruit after his kind, whose seed is in itself, upon the earth: and it was so.





1:12 于是地发生了青草，和结种子的菜蔬，各从其类，并结果子的树木，各从其类，果子都包着核。神看着是好的。

1:13 有晚上，有早晨，是第三日。

1:14 神说，天上要有光体，可以分昼夜，作记号，定节令，日子，年岁。

And God said, Let there be lights in the firmament of the heaven to divide the day from the night; and let them be for signs, and for seasons, and for days, and years:





1:15 并要发光在天空，普照在地上。事就这样成了。

And let them be for lights in the firmament of the heaven to give light upon the earth: and it was so.





1:16 于是神造了两个大光，大的管昼，小的管夜。又造众星。

And God made two great lights; the greater light to rule the day, and the lesser light to rule the night: he made the stars also.





1:17 就把这些光摆列在天空，普照在地上。

And God set them in the firmament of the heaven to give light upon the earth,





1:18 管理昼夜，分别明暗。神看着是好的。

And to rule over the day and over the night, and to divide the light from the darkness: and God saw that it was good.





1:19 有晚上，有早晨，是第四日。

And the evening and the morning were the fourth day.





1:20 神说，水要多多滋生有生命的物，要有雀鸟飞在地面以上，天空之中。

And God said, Let the waters bring forth abundantly the moving creature that hath life, and fowl that may fly above the earth in the open firmament of heaven.





1:21 神就造出大鱼和水中所滋生各样有生命的动物，各从其类。又造出各样飞鸟，各从其类。神看着是好的。

And God created great whales, and every living creature that moveth, which the waters brought forth abundantly, after their kind, and every winged fowl after his kind: and God saw that it was good.





1:22 神就赐福给这一切，说，滋生繁多，充满海中的水。雀鸟也要多生在地上。

And God blessed them, saying, Be fruitful, and multiply, and fill the waters in the seas, and let fowl multiply in the earth.





1:23 有晚上，有早晨，是第五日。

And the evening and the morning were the fifth day.





1:24 神说，地要生出活物来，各从其类。牲畜，昆虫，野兽，各从其类。事就这样成了。

And God said, Let the earth bring forth the living creature after his kind, cattle, and creeping thing, and beast of the earth after his kind: and it was so.





1:25 于是神造出野兽，各从其类。牲畜，各从其类。地上一切昆虫，各从其类。神看着是好的。

我對你們講地上的事，你們尚且不信，如果講天上的事，怎能相信呢？
I f you have no belief when my words are about the things of earth, how will you have belief if my words are about the things of heaven?

没有一个人了解神到底是怎么创造天地万物， 上帝当然可以很具体的告诉我们，但是你能保证你真的懂吗？  懂不懂对我来说没有任何意义， 我读这里看到是上帝无尽的爱， 造人以前， 给人预备好生活的环境。   我不管上帝怎样造天地，就凭着信心接受。

嗯，讨论下也好，主要还是讨论英语字面的意思和历史，对于上帝是不是真的存在，是不是有爱这种的这种的还是太复杂了。

1 heaven 在这里是天空的意思，不是天堂的意思。 这个也好理解。

2， 把水一分为二， 下边的变成了海洋，中间的变成苍穹， 那苍穹上边的那里去了？ 后文也许还有交待么，这个可以等看了后边的再说。

3， 现在我看到的圣经的英文版是什么时代的英语？，感觉里头倒装句很多，重复句子也很多。  重复的问题可能是有其时代背景的， 这个原因可能和四书五经的精辟是一个原因。 我想知道那里有研究这个的文献。

比如这一段， 就有2次重复。 第一次是说明god 的意图，第二次是说god 的意图实现了，他“看”了一下觉得很满意。

我的问题是 firmament 之上的水后文就没有提到了。

这个问题真的不好表达清楚。

其实我对圣经只是好奇，并不是一个虔诚的基督徒。 所以那种正统雄辩的教会观点对我来说并不适合。

我最初的目的是想看看盘古开天，大禹治水和圣经中的上帝造世界， 大洪水这些事件之间有什么联系。

我去搜索过了你说的那个资料了， 一开始他是这么写的：

看到这里我就有点看不下去，我希望看到的是更中立的评述。 是那种把神学看成一种普通现象来研究的分析，而不是上来就把自己拉到最高点，然后用教导的口吻来要求你接受。这样子和中学政治课有什么区别？

比如研究学习毛泽东思想和红卫兵诵读红宝书就是两码事情。

学习马克思理论和学高中政治课本也是两码事。

圣经是世界上最了不起的书籍，圣经从旧约到新约历经1600年左右，共有超过40个作者，他们来自不同的国家、时代以及文化背景和身份地位（有的是王侯、医生、渔夫等），其受上帝的默示而各自成文。虽然圣经成书经历了1600年，但是圣经是连贯的。圣经的预言准确并多数已经实现，并正在实现。其中现在让我们能看到的准确的预言就是关于以色列的复国。

以色列于公元前1020年立国，公元前931年分裂为南（犹大）北（以色列）两国，而南北两国在公元前722年和586年先后被亚述帝国和巴比伦王国所灭，辗转落到罗马的残酷政权之下。就在公元70年，罗马提多将军，带领10万军兵围攻耶路撒冷，进行大规模的屠杀，超过100万人惨死。犹太人从此再无立足之地，纷纷往外逃亡，漂流异邦。世界各地的人都讨厌他们，赶逐他们，正如预言所说：「在那些国中，你必不得安逸，也不得落脚之地，…你的性命必悬悬无定。」（申廿八65-66）请注意，以上所说的是在公元前1400年所记载的预言，现在竟然全部应验，这是全世界有目共睹的事实。以色列要复国实在谈何容易，有谁相信一个落到永无翻身机会的国家会影响世界呢？

1948年以色列成立国家。
