大家帮我看看是不是税务师的问题？ebay作为商家可以暂时不要税号吗？求高手 急！

Please see below email communications between Mr. Haas and Mr. Eidt who is
the person in charge of your case in Finanzamt.

He, after your thorough explanation of your operation, still would like to
see ´concreted´ evidences of your business.  From our experience this means
that he would
like to see XXXX exact trading records, XXXX（公司名） monthly accounts,
income and outgoing invoices and expenses.  Therefore as we informed in the
previous emails, XXXX can start trading even though there is no tax
number.

With XXXX we see even fewer problems as XXXX mainly trades with
private person and the tax number is not necessary.  When XXXX does
trade with companies, it is acceptable to inform the counterparties that the
tax number is in process.

This is the best we could suggest.  As soon as there are incoming and
outgoing invoices we will forward them to the finanzamt, we believe that
this would satisfy him.

我申请税号有段时间了 一直还没下来 这是税务师给我的答复  。什么叫做可以先交易？难道税务局暗示我可以逃税？要看交易记录才给税号？你不让我交税更好 我是无所谓哦 我怕后面又找我麻烦。况且我主要是做ebay的 我在paypal ebay全是注册的商家 就算客户可以暂时不找我要税号 要发票？ebay paypal会答应吗？ 大家帮我看看是我找的这家税务公司实力不行还是这是德国税务局的正常程序我觉得有的说不通啊。ebay paypal 商家的情况下 我现在没有税号的情况下 我是不是可以上传物品交易了。急
