Sangria非常适合在烧烤池畔喝。其实你根本不要到超市去买,完全可以自己做。并且White Sangri会更好喝。, O2 j0 G% n0 R% O8 M( {8 u
*White Sangria*
e1 Y9 D0 _) M1 small lemon, sliced thin
i7 h+ M# S4 C3 @2 a1 small orange, sliced thin
0 W( e3 K) p g* S# t/ k3 tablespoons granulated sugar1 }# v6 A- L! I& E1 R
1 peach, peeled, sliced thin
/ Z+ t1 e9 e/ Z, {1/4 cup peach schnapps(or Brandy)
7 f0 ]2 s% y9 y$ I! X3 m) D3 R; E+ c1 (750 ml) bottle white wine, chilled/ z6 K% u" y2 q
Combine all the ingredients in a pitcher. Stir the sangria until the sugar is dissolved. Chill for 1 hour.6 I( o4 {4 _- N6 k$ ~0 o' t u
Strain the sangria into wine glasses and garnish with strawberries and sliced kiwifruit.

5 Q Q) A5 y! h7 n$ k' dMix wine, sugar and fruit, and let sit in the fridge for 18-24 hours. The mixture will have a somewhat syrupy consistency. Before serving stir in brandy and cut the mixture with soda water until it have a thinner, more wine like consistency. Serve from a pitcher in wine glasses.' q* M5 V3 \/ Y
You may use orange or lemon flavored soda instead of the soda water.
