上周三去中智递交的材料，昨天返回护照，今天取回来，签证已经拿到了。谢谢曾经帮助过我的各位！！
具体的材料清单就不列出了，坛子里都找得到。只写写自己曾经弄不明白的问题，希望能帮助有同样疑惑的朋友。
爸妈空白护照，申请了八十来天，亲属关系公证和单认证都是在成都办的。
机票是国航直接预定出票，赌博的心态。。。。。。
办VE纠结了很久，我是学生，只能办到一个无担保能力的VE，外管局不承认冻结资金，只看工资。。。只有让父母自保，写信问使馆，得到的回复是：
‘Whether the other documents your parents submit will be enough to cover all expenses we can only decide after receiving their submission. In general though: The longer the stay, the more important becomes a Verpflichtungserklärung. If your parents only visit you a short time, their bank statements may suffice. If your parents want to visit you for a longer period though, bank statements alone may not be accepted anymore. In that case you should consider asking a friend in Germany tohelp you and issue a Verpflichtungserklärung on your parents behalf (a Verpflichtungserklärung does _not_ have to be issued by yourself).
The embassy usually calculates about 500 RMB per day per person for tourist visas. If you have no friend to help you with a VE, your parents should at least submit an amount based on that figure. ...It still remains more safe to have a friend help you with a VE. In that case, you still put your *own *name on the invitation letter. Just add a few sentences yourself, who helped you with the VE. Feel free to still add your own VE and a few sentences that you tried to get one as well as a proof of your own money.’
所以交材料的时候把我这份无担保能力的VE和在德国的银行帐户清单也打印给爸妈了（都交上去了，也不知道有没有用）
当时还弄不明白的是究竟是先寄材料回国还是先提交材料预约时间的问题，后来还是把材料准备齐了，网上确认申请，预约了一个月之后的时间，第二天把材料寄出。用的是挂号，邮件到台湾绕了一圈，不到两周就收到了。国内段的查询是用的邮政183那个网站。
爸妈是直接去递交的材料，交材料的时候才付款。貌似邮寄的话有点儿不一样，网上支付后多少天内就必须把材料寄出，这个我没经验，可以参考别的帖子。
签证照片必须是六个月之内的，爸妈的护照照片是10个月之前的，不能用，但是去之前在照相馆里拍过护照尺寸的照片，直接拿去用了。
