1. 麦芬盘抹上一层薄油或是铺上麦芬纸杯。把中粉,玉米粉,盐和烤粉混合备用。烤箱预热到190C/375F。
Lightly grease the muffin tin or line with paper cups. Place all-purpose flour, corn flour, salt and baking powder in a bowl. Preheat the oven to 190C/375F.
2. 把牛油和砂糖用搅拌器打松发后,加入鸡蛋搅打均匀。加入蜂蜜和牛奶充分拌匀。
Beat the butter and sugar in a mixing bowl until creamy and fluffy. Add the eggs and continue beating until combined. Finally add in honey and milk. Mix them until all well combined.

3. 将粉类筛入蜂蜜蜜混合物,稍微拌匀即可。加入玉米粒拌匀。
Sift the dry ingredients to the honey mixture. Stir the mixture only until the dry ingredients are moistened. Add the sweet corns.
4. 面糊勺入备好的麦芬模,9分满。入预热烤箱烘焙20-25分钟,或是表面金黄色。
Spoon into the prepared muffin tin, filling each cup two-thirds full. Bake in the preheated 190C/375F oven for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown.
