developer for products and innovation

the department is responsible for the design, development and implementation of our software production processes and its required tools and infrastructure. our main purpose is to support our development teams by offering state of the art tools and services which enable them to work independently but compliant to our standards. this comprises the offering of:
- source code repositories
- the build and assembly for a broad variety of development languages, such as java, c, c++...
- virtualized infrastructure

you will be part of an international team that is responsible for the availability, scalability and security of our backend systems like git source code repository, nexus repository manager.... In addition, you will develop services on top of these components, simplifying the daily life of our developers.

Therefore we are looking for an open-minded developer, who is interested in :
- working with various our internal, 3rd party and open sources tools
- design of next generation on demand self services
- consulting and supporting development teams with proven practices
- the definition and design of large scale production processes

as a developer in software production team you will be expected to :
- develop scripts and tools for the integration of 3rd party products into our production processes
- optimize the integration and performance of the tools and services
- make use of latest bi and data analysis methodologies to manage the availability of our systems, analyze failures and find corrective measure.
- design smart ideas to ensure scalability and security compliance
- collaborate with internal and external tool provides as well as our international development teams

在我看来不是开发。有点类似支持开发的sysadmin，估计主要是配置和写脚本

implementation 对于求职者 来说 是最难的，然而很多职位描述都是 风声大 雨点小，去见见世面对于你来说也不错。不过如果对java, c, c++... 一头雾水，你如果被叫去面试就默认被拒，抱一种知其不可为而为之的态度吧。

谢谢楼上两位, 已经面试过, 面试的时候面试官给我介绍了一下工作内容, 我理解的是, 软件产品投入使用以后, 我需要继续跟踪客户对产品的评价, 然后寻找优化产品的方法, 协助开发组对产品的改善, 客户有可能是很多领域(当时给我的例子是化工厂). 另外也要维护和优化开发组开发过程(比如git repository的维护). 总体来说, 开发, 执行, 询问客户, 三个任务各占1/3. 面试官告诉我这个工作需要很长时间的职业训练, 从底层it技术到不同的客户和业务层, 所以会接触很广. 我不知道这样的工作对于一个刚毕业的infor学生来说有什么优点和缺点吗? 我之前学业和实习都是比较贴近于开发, 但是对这个类型的工作的前途不是很清楚, 请求大家帮助~~

我没干过 同时 开发, 执行, 询问客户的。不过据你的描述 缺点就是开发 调试程序很难 很累。难的工作容易带来压力，剩余的自由时间少。同时恰好就是优点，开发就是把你的知识应用在实践上(learn the way and find your own way)，而不再是课本上的囫囵吞枣。对于刚从Uni 出来的以前没有实践经验的学生来说 ，正需要积累工作经验。你如果希望自己进步，能Zu那就义无反顾的签吧。

谢谢ls. 因为我自己的职业构想是从底层开发者开始做, 然后3-5年后, 有了项目经验, 可以往senior或者architektur的方向走, 最后也许可以做项目leiter. 对于这样的路线我自己相对来说有底, 而infor的其他职业发展路线就不太清楚了, 希望大家也可以谈谈Infor未来可能的职业路线, 如果也可以提一下我上面描述的那个职位的发展路线就更好了, 谢谢~
