加拿大工签需要学位证书英文翻译公证，请问德国哪里能办？

要从德国办理加拿大签证需要老公的各种学位证以及结婚证的英文翻译与公证件，不知道德国有没有官方认可的公证处。
目前找了一家翻译公司翻译，但是对于公证我还很迷惑。
请问有经验的人士，德国任何个人Notar做的公证，官方都是认可的吗？还是有专门的官方公证处（像国内一样），谢谢。

加拿大在德国大使馆都不接受签证了，完全委托给了维也纳大使馆，也不知道他们知道不，发邮件问问吧，谢谢

这个一般来说你找宣誓翻译，他们提供的翻译文件就可以了吧，应该不需要再专门找notar了吧，

如果德国能办是最好，但是如果他们说不符合要求，搞不好就得回国办双认证，记得问一下，最后一道是加拿大驻华领馆盖章还是德国驻华领馆。

我有个朋友以前为这个事情专门回国了一次，结果最后一道去的是德国驻华领馆，然后人家说了这个是不要德文，要英文翻译的

无奈叫家人又弄了一次英文，就是加拿大领馆认证的。

不过这个好多好多年前了，现在情况不知道如何

官方原文是这样要求的:

Translation of documents

Unless instructed otherwise by a CIC employee, all supporting documentation must be:

    in English or French; or

If it is not in English or French, it must be accompanied by:

    the English or French translation; and
    an affidavit from the person who completed the translation; and
    a certified photocopy of the original document.

Certified true copies

To have a photocopy of a document certified, an authorized person must compare the original document to the photocopy and must print the following on the photocopy:

    “I certify that this is a true copy of the original document”,
    the name of the original document,
    the date of the certification,
    his or her name,
    his or her official position or title, and
    his or her signature.

Who can certify copies?

Persons authorized to certify copies include the following:
Outside Canada:

    a notary public
(Authority to certify international documents varies by country. Consult your local authorities.)

我觉得好像没要求双认证，只让公证

复印的话，他们也仅能证明这复印件与原件相符，但是也同样无法证明原件的真实性
