Position 1：
Job Tittle：R&D Manager
Location：Shenzhen, China
Job Description：Responsible for R&D activities in product line (Active Safe System),lead 3 R&D teams including 80-90 professionals;

     To define and install necessary resources to assure the R&D activity of the Division.
       To manage the common developments for NPI projects, mainly through the application of VIC standards.
       To set up and manage the Resources of his department.
       To inform the Division staff on the NPD project and PDT.
       To take part in the working sessions whenever necessary and assure the decisions from a technical point of view.

Requirement：  10Y+ Enperience in Auto industry, R&D Department;
             5Y+ Team management experience(~50+);
             Chinese.

Position 2：
Job Tittle：Technical Center Manager
Location：Foshan, China
Job Description：Responsible for all R&D and management activities in the center, providing technical support for global project; Leading 4                    R&D functions (180P+) for auto lighting products, supporting the daily work of functional managers.   
      ·         Customer interface and TDP(technical development plan)

      ·         Product development

      ·         Team Management
Requirement：  More than 15 years RD related experience, at least more than 8 years people management experience in RD center;
              No national limitation.

是啊，不过贴出来，谁有兴趣的都可以试下

深圳还是比较开放和好玩的，晚上去吃糖粥碰到的伪娘都不少。
隔行如隔山，只能精神上表示支持了。 不是说招不到，能符合这样的条件的人，15年+的工作经验，就算22岁来德国，过去的是老Diplom平均读5年毕业，27 + 15+ = 42+，人不风流枉少年，又刨去3年泡妞和打游戏和教育孩子的时间，42+ + 3 = 45+ ，已经奔腾五，年奔半百，这个时候应该要考虑哪里安逸了，而不是哪里钱多，要找15+工作经验的还是找国内读小学或专科毕业的比较靠谱，而最安逸的地方就是靠关系入的地盘，世界诸国皆通用，而不是被蜡头去猎杀。
