强调毕业后没有签证。没提毕业后18个月找工作签证。还是一样的做法啊。

Thanks to everyone for the continued support! Some more good news today. We have found out that while Alex is able to maintain his German visa, the insurance there is able to cover most of the costs. This is not the final solution, however. The doctors are not willing to take the risk of a bone marrow transplant if the Nilotinib treatment is working well; if so, Alex will potentially need the treatment for the rest of his life. Alex is projected to graduate in April, and when he does, he will no longer be a student and his student visa will expire. Since he is likely unable to work, it is unlikely that he can stay in Germany past a year after graduating. While this makes sure that Alex is supported by insurance for up to a year, or up to 2-3 years if Alex decides to delay graduation, he will need support after this timeframe for treatment costs. Having this time will allow our family to take the necessary steps to enable us to support Alex. We understand that this situation was not the one that many people responded to; we did not have this information before, and had reacted very quickly. We understand that we need to make this situation as clear as possible, to the best of our knowledge. While the situation is not necessarily as urgent as before, your contributions will still go towards the same cause! Thanks to everyone for being so willing to help and taking on this journey with Alex.
