多年来，世界经济的热点一直集中在欧、美、澳等发达国家和地区，随着经济的不断增长，这些地区管理科学的发展也日趋蓬勃，并成为全球管理科学的领头羊。全球管理教育的权威认证组织主要为美国商学院促进协会(AACSB)及欧洲管理发展基金会(EFMD)，这些专业的中立机构在促进全球管理教育及发展上起着关键的作用。

欧洲管理发展基金会：为成员提供资源共享平台

位于布鲁塞尔的欧洲管理发展基金会(EuropeanFoundationforManagementDevelopment,简称EFMD)成立于1971年，是欧洲商学院、行政人员培训中心、企业机构、公共事业、管理顾问公司的一个代表机构。欧洲管理发展基金会作为目前欧洲管理教育与管理发展领域最大的国际专业协会，其450多个成员遍及40个国家，包括欧洲各主要商学院与管理中心，以及许多领先的公司与咨询机构。

欧洲管理发展基金会为其成员提供了一个基于管理教育及管理发展资源共享的平台，通过举办各种年度峰会、管理学院院长论坛、总裁会议等会务活动，为每一个成员机构提供各种学术交流、知识共享和商业合作的机会，以达到共同促进的目的。同时，欧洲管理发展基金会还通过组织各种课题研究小组，对最新的管理概念及成员机构提出或关心的问题进行研究，并定期将研究成果向会员机构公布。

美国管理学院联合会：管理教育的权威认证机构

美国管理学院联合会(TheAssociationToAdvanceCollegiateSchoolsofBusiness简称AACSB)成立于1916年，由哈佛、芝加哥、西北等大学管理学院所发起，首次会议在芝加哥大学举行。早期这一组织非常松散，但还是规定了会员学院在学生入学标准、学位性质及课程内容等方面的标准。1961年，AACSB将MBA课程纳入认可范围之内，1981年后，AACSB开始以整个学院作为评价对象。AACSB目前已发展成为管理教育的最具权威的认证机构，包括有390个审核项目，可为工商管理专业的学士、硕士和博士学位提供审核服务。通过AACSB的审核，对于商学院而言，具有非常实际的意义。因为它可以向学生保证：学校的MBA课程已经达到了国际权威审核机构的审核标准，是可以信赖的。到目前为止，世界上只有三百多家大学的MBA商学院获得了AACSB的认证和登记，成为AACSB的成员。

能够获得这些权威认证机构会员资格的管理学院都是各地区出类拔萃的。

Independent representatives from business and industry as well as students participate actively in all decision-making processes. The wide range of subjects we are open to throughout the evaluation and accreditation procedure means quality, performance and innovation are promoted in the study programmes concerned.

In the accreditation process, neither the content nor the learning outcomes of the study programme are predeterminded by the setup of the institution applying for accreditation; on the contrary the purpose of the study programme affects both the evaluation and accreditation procedure as well as their results.
