请问：法兰克福机场的退税房间位于海关通道里面还是外面？

如果位于外面，那麽我们就可以帮助家人一起退税，否则的话，退税也是个麻烦。谢谢！

Carrying the goods in your hand-baggage?
Please go to the customs office ，customs office  after the security area on the way to your gate,  where you will receive your customs stamp and a few steps further, after passport control, your sales tax refund at Global Refunds.

Carrying the goods in your checked baggage?
Please check-in your bags at your airline's check-in desk as usual. Tell the airline representative that you have goods in your baggage for which you need a confirmation of export from customs. The bag will then be returned to you for customs.

Depending on where you check in, you can go to one of the following customs offices:  
In Terminal 1: Departure hall B, level 2 (near counter 643), during the night in baggage claim area B (9:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.).In Terminal 2: Opposite the check-in counters in hall D and E, near the exits.

1、在手提行李中携带：请去海关办公室，海关办公室位于通过安检区通往登机口的途中。在那里，将得到海关盖章等一些步骤，经过护照检查，在Global Refunds 柜台退税。

2、在托运行李中携带：正常办理登机手续，然后告诉柜台，你行李中有需要从海关得到出口许可证的物品，行李将被返还给你。
根据在哪里check in，可去下列海关办公室：
Terminal 1：出发大厅B,二层。靠近643柜台。夜间在行李提取B.
Terminal 2：大厅D和E，在check in柜台对面，靠进出口处

记得是在后边，就是候机楼的区域里，安检和出关之后。 没有机票时进不去的。
