关于 the + adj. 比较级， the + adj. 比较级的用法一般讲的前句都是跟句子。是否可以前后者是短语，或者一个是短语一个是句子，比如说
the better the city, the more worker come to here?
或者 the more people are here, the louder the noise?
还有自助 the less the material, the worse the production?

请问这三种形式是否都可以？语法是否都正确？

都可以，英语允许省略句
the better the city is , the more people come here.
the better the city, the more people .

the sooner ,the better.
但是最好对称。
