Responsibilities:- Sales Pipeline Management and Team Support
- Opportunity Budget Review: Ensure the accuracy of exchange rates and amounts, and rectify significant discrepancies with quotations.
- Opportunity Stage Updates: Keep opportunity stages up to date based on actual progress.
- Estimated Contract Signing Time: Update expired estimated signing dates and align timelines for seasonal and annual priorities.
- System Optimization: Maintain and optimize the CRM system.
- Training for New Sales Team Members: Provide guidance on tools such as CRM and Nutshell.
- Regional Operations Support
- Assist in executing commercial strategies within the region to achieve operational goals.
- Regularly communicate with the sales team to provide operational support and resolve day-to-day issues.
- Gather market information, analyze trends, and propose improvement initiatives to optimize sales operations.
- Cross-Department Coordination
- Collaborate closely with finance, logistics, and technical teams to ensure project success.
- Organize regular meetings and reports for the sales team, tracking progress on key performance indicators.
Requirements:- Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.
- Experience: Prior experience in sales support or operations management is a plus; familiarity with CRM systems is preferred.
- Skills: Strong data analysis skills; proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and other office tools.
- Languages: Fluency in English; multilingual abilities are an advantage.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving abilities; capable of working efficiently in a multicultural team environment.
