　　听众朋友们，大家好！这里是青岛农业大学巴瑟斯未来农业科技学院双语之声，旨在与大家分享青年同学的思想、观点与情感。今天，我们一起来聊聊“一带一路"倡议。

自2013年习近平主席提出共建“丝绸之路经济带”和“21世纪海上丝绸之路”倡议以来，“一带一路”倡议成为深受欢迎的的国际公共产品与合作平台。秉持开放包容的核心导向，传承弘扬和平合作、开放包容、互学互鉴、互利共赢的丝路精神，赢得世界广泛认同与积极参与，已成为当今世界规模最大、影响最深远的国际经济合作实践，为全球治理体系完善与共同发展注入强劲动力。

  Since Chairman Xi Jinping successively put forward the initiative of jointly building the "Silk Road Economic Belt" and the "21st Century Maritime Silk Road" in 2013, the Belt and Road Initiative has become a popular international public goods and cooperation platform. With the core orientation of openness and inclusiveness, it inherits and carries forward the Silk Road spirit of peaceful cooperation, openness and inclusiveness, mutual learning and mutual benefit has won the wide recognition and active participation of the world. It has become the largest and most far-reaching international economic cooperation practice in the world today, injecting a strong impetus for the improvement and common development of the global governance system.

　　共建“一带一路”倡议秉持共商、共建、共享原则，坚守开放、绿色、廉洁理念，以高标准、可持续、惠民生为目标，铺就造福世界的共同繁荣幸福之路。在这条路上，政策沟通广泛深入，设施联通初具规模，贸易畅通便捷高效，资金融通日益多元，民心相通基础稳固，陆海天网四位一体的联通格局，让世界各国的联系愈发紧密。我们既筑牢铁路、港口、能源等基础设施“硬联通”的根基，搭建起区域经济循环的“动脉”；也深耕规则标准“软联通”的支撑，完善文化、教育、科技等领域合作平台；更厚植民众往来“心联通”的情谊，让文明互鉴的暖流浸润人心。

  The Belt and Road Initiative is guided by the principles of extensive consultation, joint contribution, and shared benefits, upholds the concepts of openness, green development, and integrity, and aims for high standards, sustainability, and people-centred outcomes, paving a path of common prosperity and happiness for the world. Along this path, policy coordination has become extensive and profound, infrastructure connectivity has taken initial shape, trade facilitation has grown convenient and efficient, financial integration is increasingly diversified, and people-to-people bonds have been firmly established. The four-dimensional connectivity framework of land, sea, air, and digital networks has made global interconnections ever closer. We have not only laid a solid foundation for "hard connectivity" in infrastructure such as railways, ports, and energy, building the "arteries" of regional economic circulation, but also strengthened the support of "soft connectivity" through rules, standards, and cooperation platforms in culture, education, and science. Furthermore, we have nurtured the affection of "heart connectivity" through extensive people-to-people exchanges, allowing the warm current of mutual learning among civilisations to touch hearts.

　　对于所有参与国而言，“一带一路”倡议从来不是被动接受的计划，而是契合自身发展需求的宝贵机遇。在这里，没有零和博弈的算计，只有互利共赢的初心；没有排他封闭的壁垒，只有开放包容的胸怀。

  For all participating countries, the Belt and Road Initiative is never a passively accepted plan, but a valuable opportunity to meet their own development needs. Here, there is no calculation of the zero-sum game, only the original intention of mutual benefit and win-win. There are no exclusive and closed barriers, but only an open and inclusive mind.
