求助：点击outlook没有反应

求助各味大虾侠，昨天重装了一遍机子 ，装完后outlook就不能用了，点击快捷方式怎么也打不开 ，哪位达人能够帮助一下啊。。。。:(

check your PC as the following procedure :
1.start->program->office -> could you see outlook express;
2.if not, install office again ;
3.if has , check add/delete software , can you see office in the list
if not ,install office ;
4. you can also into C:\program\office ,find outlook icon and launch it
