请教去英国的工作和陪读签证的问题

不知道发在这里和不合适，可是是在找不到其他地方了。。。

我和爱人现在在德国，我拿到一个2年的工作合同，想让爱人陪读过去， 英国的老板已经帮我申请到了work permit, 我们准备签证的时候碰到几个问题，请大家帮助，

1， 我和我爱人申请签证的表格是一样的么？
2， 我和我爱人会一起去申请签证， 不知道是不是会一起下来？
3， 签证费用必须提前转账么？ 可以签证的时候给么？
4， 我在德国的签证3月份初到期，我们计划2月中旬去申请英国签证，是不是必须先延长德国这边的签证呢？

请各位大虾指点一二，谢谢！
