:) You are joking! You compare McK with Acc? The first one is a strategic and management consulting company, the second one a technology consultant. They are not the same.
McK pays over-average salaries: Basic pay + bonus + outperformance pay + benefits (company car, mobile and so on). At least 60-70 (basic), if you are consultant.
To stay in McK is difficult. Only if you are really great. (I know two really good stduents who made internships there. They quit. May they donot wanna stay there.)
If you want to be a general management consultant, you must go to McK! Forget Accenture.
Accenture pays not well, because you can learn much and you will get well paid if you leave Acc for other companies or to be self-employed. But the Acc is very social employer! Really.
Anyway, if I were you, I choose McK. |
