有个公司在要了我的简历后写了这么一段话，求助达人们

As is the case with all employers in Germany, when making staff recruitment decisions, we must ensure that our future staff are permitted to carry out gainful employment. The law makes even higher demands in this respect regarding engineers employed with us who support our customers in their demanding projects as temporary employees.

In view of this legal situation, it is not possible for applicants from so-called third countries or from the new EU member states – even if they have a high-quality technical university degree – to obtain a work permit which enables employment with us and our customers ( §§ 39, 40 of the German Aufenthaltsgesetz ). We very much regret this situation and hope that the legal position will soon change due to the great requirement for engineers in this country.

这是什么意思呢？说明这公司是外包公司而且解决不了工作许可吗？可看了坛子里的帖子，这好像一般不是问题啊

还是公司的HR姐姐弄错啦？如果是弄错了我得去写信问问~

估计不是HR搞错了，是这种公司不想帮外国人解决签证问题。
这种公司还不大像主要招德国人，看起来他们的面向对象倒是自带工作许可的外国人，应该是外包公司。

很多时候公司出力的话，也能解决签证问题。

有时不想出力，就拿这个签证问题当借口，拒绝招人。

对于这样的公司，搂住还是继续找别的工作吧。。。

为了增加成功几率楼主可以自己出钱请律师办签证, 公司没理由不配合.

Look for other jobs. They r replying u with such a stupid excuse in wrong English even.
