i mean,  the 10 years restriction is ONLY for diplom student.  not for phd.  

but to make sure, you should ask your local amt.

通过上学合同入及，冒似不限实。

因为一般要无限期或长期合同才好。大学一般不会给外国学生长期雇佣合同

ms到目前为止，三国语言比较，这次的英文你写得最好了。虽然还加了个amt。。。。。嘿嘿。。。。。

你不知道德国的规定吗，呆够8年，再加至少两年的工作合同，就可以申请了。。bf之前有问过他的律师。。

forgive me my bad english. if you can read, then i use english.  some one laughed at me, so i use pin yin first.

but i still like copy and paste :D

so far as i know,  chinese in germany with german diplom or master,  can apply german nationality,  

IF

1 they have been in germany for 7 years. (diplom is kind of one year "plus" )

2 they have a unended contract.

there are many post in bbs of "gong zuo" or "qianzheng".

it would be better if you could go there to read all of them.

but i trust your BF's lawer, just ask him to help you. i think that might be the best way.

我理解你的意思。只怪我没讲清楚我的情况。我拿德国的diplom kauffrau，也拿了美国的一个mba。当时在那里的时候，教授也推荐学校了，希望也很大的。可因为bf在德国，我跟教授说，人生不单是前途，还有感情（当然，他很惊讶，难怪，mba的教授嘛，都是很现实的，嘿嘿）。当然，phd并不能代表好的前途，但也算是我的一个人生追求吧，跟物质无关的。可人活着，也要想想身边的人啊，那些为你一味付出的人啊，不能只考虑自己的期望。

明白地说，我想工作签证就为了我bf，希望这样他跟我结婚后就能更加顺利地开展他的事业。那也是我回德国读博的意义所在。否则，图啥啊。

不管如何，基于我1楼的问题，大家帮忙解答吧。。

仅靠读博士百分之９９ 不能如德国籍。

如果有这么好事，读博士的中国人最起码增加一倍。

你说的那个８年，+ ２以上年合同可申请入籍的信息，我很感兴趣，如果可能，请麻烦那个律师列下法条或者案例，对后来人帮助很大的。
