hm... to give others some information, here is my experience, the position is intern, not employee.
The interview was conducted in German. The person who interviewed me is a Partner, and he asked mainly the behavior questions, like why do u do this, why do u do that... There was no such things like specific valuation or dilution questions. He said he think my CV is interesting. To be honest, I think he has the shining resume...
The main task for the interns is to help the investment manager with the support of the profolio companies, as well as the due diligence for the companies in my background.
The interview was not too well, because my oral German is a mess(my study is a English master program). Anyway, two days later the Partner gave me the internship position. But the working language is German, so I will probably suffer a lot.
Anyone who can give me some advice on how to improve German in a short period.....I know it is a silly question :( |
