You count conference proceedings as paper? That is pretty easy. For PhDs, I think everybody knows conference proceedings are not peer reviewed and are just repeat of your journal papers. At least specialists would not take these proceedings seriously.
For double EE, it's not easy to publish a journal paper. It is also pretty hard to get accepted by some of the top conferences.

你不是学电的吧。
像医学这样的专业只看杂志的论文，而et方向以一流会议论文为评价主流，杂志种类很少，也不流行impact factor。
谢谢你的回复，我对这个的确是不了解。但是有个问题，跟我一起读博的德国人，论文没发过，科研项目没怎么做过，水平也不咋的，还是拿全职。我也没看见他接什么项目，就是看看书，看看论文什么的。

你要拿到全位的话，必须有项目。也许你同事技术不怎么样，但是人家公司认可了他（德国人，语言好），所以他可以得到两年的全位合同。
你要拿全位，也要走一样的流程。水平如何是一回事情，合作项目的公司是否认可你一个中国人（还不会说德语），是另外一个问号。如果对方公司不认可，你就没办法拿到全位。
高校能接到的项目大多只够支持一个人的全位，所以你必须要得到你自己的项目。少数大项目可以支持2，3个人，那样教授可以用自己的权利把你加进去。
由于你没有项目，所以教授只能以wihi的方式让州政府直接给你拨钱，而不是挂在项目上。
好奇问一下，你是学et的哪个方向？

应该是wihi吧，不过wihi一个月税后也没有1000欧以上阿。楼主实际收入如果1300左右的话，就是半位了。

I studied physics before and now I am doing my PhD in the department of electrical engineering. You might be right, it always depends on what kind of research you are doing. I know for some IEEE proceedings it is really difficult to be accepted.

IEEE的会议没有你想的那么容易录用的。一个知名的国际会议，一年一般录用150篇左右论文，录用率在20-30％左右，而在大陆的话一般一年录用不会超过4－5篇。而且，你说杂志只是会议的重复，我觉得这个是不对的，至少在我们方向，很多杂志的文章，都是会议转过来的。
