这个。。。好像没有可比性吧？
简单的说：
haftpflichtversicherung 是你损坏了别人的东西赔别人
Hausratsversicherung 是你家里的东西被损坏，保险赔你
最好还是买Haushaltversicherung Element.否则的话遇到灾害家具，电器坏了保险是不管的。

Normalerweise gehe ich ungern in Keller, aber der Keller bei uns ist als Gästezimmer ausgestattet - Heizung, Dusche, Fliesen ... bis jetzt sind noch keine Gäste da.$考虑$
