Now I have a position opening for master thesis/internshipin structural bioinformatics. The project is to predict the complex structure of protein-protein interaction using the prediction of interface region.   This project can be a master thesis for 6 month or intership for 3-6 month.

Requirement:
Familiar with protein structure, programming experience in C++ and script language(python or perl)

Location: Heidelberg


Please help me spread it out to master students in bioinformatics. Thanks a lot!

Totally same.
Most of the bioinformatics analysis are based on genome sequence.
I used to analyze the genome of human genome(molecular evolution), and I will work on MT genome, from sequencing to analysis.
I am in MPG, how about you?
