Since you have learned German for only ten months, you should have spoken English with your husband before. Why don't you keep doing so?
I also studied English in China, passed Band 8 for English majors and worked as an interpreter for some years. I am speaking English with my boyfriend and German with my classmates. By doing so, I am able to keep my English at the preious level and my German is not that bad, either. Of course, my German could be better than it is now, if I also speak German with my boyfriend. But I guess, English is at least as important as German if you work in an international company here.
So cheer up! You would be able to do it.

Why don't you sit outside with them together? I think it's more fun than staying at home alone.

It's just a matter of practice. My ex passed level 8, too and his written English is really good. He is not good at listening, though. He told me the secret is always reading and writing.

Not really {:5_309:}They have street festival every year and it is a tradition that the fest begins with football match. They even have a special cup and each year the winner team will be written at the bottom of the cup. {:5_320:}
