这样营养跟的上么....会不会太少了? 晚餐,一块饼干

今天第十天,但是周末没法控制。
我没称过,我想看到最终效果是肚子上的一堆肉没了。。。但是现在还是一堆。。。 14/10/2011

恩,周末又到了,最难熬啊。 中餐:一碗绿豆 下午有人答辩,吃了些免费的蛋糕{:5_360:} 过完了堕落的星期六,惨不忍睹{:5_382:}
